Quran is a complete code of life for every Muslim. In every part of our life, Quran provides us with vast knowledge. A Muslim who recites Quran daily will hold an excellent reward. On the Day of Judgement, it will be concrete evidence in favor of any Muslim. It can lead a Muslim to Jannah and save one from hellfire. Everything written in Quran is from Allah so reciting it daily the love of Allah increases. By remembering Allah we can attain inner peace. Importance of Arabic There are many sects that Muslims follow around the globe. All sects are united in their belief in the Quran’s sacred and unique status. Parents enroll their children as young people to learn Arabic and understand Quran. Many people can read Quran because the same script is used in other languages such as Persian, Urdu and Pashto, Sindhi, or Punjabi. But the rules of grammar and translation for Arabic may be different. Before Islam, Arabs were proud to have a language that was complex and rich. Non-Arabs were called Ajamis, or dumb, by them. Understanding of the language This meant that anyone who can speak Arabic fluently is just as competent as someone who cannot. After the Last Sermon of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him), Muslims were taught that all people are equal. It was prohibited to reduce a person’s ability to understand the language.
